Thank you for selecting me for your skincare & hair needs. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to my Policies as set forth below.

Where to Book

Please keep in mind that I run a small business all by myself and do not have a receptionist, but I will get back to your text or call as quickly as possible. If I am going to be gone on a trip or away for a Holiday, I will send out an email beforehand notifying all my clients of this so you know I will not be able to respond to your messages until I return.

For all your booking needs, please utilize the online booking system to schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment at any time. If you are needing an appointment and can't find a time that works, you can also call me to schedule an appointment.

Appointments needed outside of business hours will need to be personally requested and are an additional fee.

Late Arrival 

One late Client can throw an entire day off schedule.  For this reason, if you are running late, please call/text so I do not worry.  If I do not hear from you within 15-minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a No Show. Should you arrive late (and within the 15-minute window), your service will be shortened in order to accommodate subsequent guests on time and you will be charged the full-service cost. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Confirmations & Reminders

Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved just for you with the expectation that if you book time with me, you will honor your appointment. But, I understand life happens, and sometimes schedule changes are needed. I require 48 hours’ notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment at no charge.

An appointment confirmation is sent by email immediately following the scheduling of your appointment and because I know life is hectic, an email & text appointment reminder is sent 48-hours in advance as well as 2 hours in advance to help you avoid the dreaded No Show/Cancellation Fees. Even with all of these reminders, Late Cancellations and No Shows happen.  Because of the financial penalties, you are responsible for, here are a few things you can do to help you avoid them:

  • After scheduling, double-check your appointment confirmation email with your phone calendar or scheduling book to determine any discrepancies.

  • Cross-check your appointment reminder email & text which arrive 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment with your phone calendar or scheduling book to determine any discrepancies.

  • Make sure that you mark my emails as “safe” so they are not filtered to your junk or spam folders.

  • If you are not receiving text reminders prior to your appointment, please let me know and I will opt you in for this service.

Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Repeated, frequent or excessive cancellations/rescheduling will result in denial of services, and online booking will be unavailable. Ying’s Beauty Group reserves the right to refuse services.

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Last-minute cancellations & clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will also be charged in full for the scheduled service + 20% gratuity. My time is valuable and I have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. My online scheduling system will not allow you to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, so canceling online is not an option. Instead, please call or text me.  

Failure to Show

If you do not call, text or arrive within 15-minutes of your scheduled appointment time you are considered a ‘No Show’ and will be charged 100% of the service scheduled + 20% gratuity.  When you do not arrive for your scheduled and confirmed appointment, I not only lose your business for that time, I also lose the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled and your appointment time goes unfilled.  Again, your treatment time is reserved especially for you. I am reachable by phone, email, and text to cancel/reschedule.
